Requirements

​

  • Possess a valid driving instructor's license in the respective location (Bradford West Gwillimbury or Vaughan).

  • Proven experience as a driving instructor or a related field would be an advantage, but we are open to considering enthusiastic newcomers with a strong driving background.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students effectively.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching new learners.

  • A commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.

Job Description

​

As a Driving Instructor at FalconEye Driving School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of responsible and confident drivers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive driving lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. Utilizing our well-structured curriculum and modern training techniques, you will create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that empowers students to become safe and competent drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct one-on-one driving lessons with students, focusing on defensive driving techniques, road rules, and safety practices.

  2. Assess the driving skills of students and identify areas for improvement, tailoring the lessons to meet individual needs.

  3. Administer theoretical lessons and interactive driving simulations to complement on-road training.

  4. Instill confidence and calmness in nervous learners while encouraging a proactive approach to road hazards.

  5. Keep detailed records of student progress and provide feedback to both students and their parents or guardians.

  6. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and driving regulations during training sessions.

  7. Maintain a clean and safe training vehicle, conducting regular inspections and maintenance.
